This is the best pizza crust i've ever eaten and I cannot wait to get my second order of 6 crusts this month! i top mine with basil infused olive oil, shredded mozzarella, sliced fresh mozzerella, mushrooms, blistered cherry tomatoes and fresh basil and eat it for breakfast (with scrambled eggs), lunch (alone) and as an appetizer for dinner parties! One suggestion: do NOT bake with the parchment paper it comes on. Bon appetit!
